LENT 2010
Lent begins on 17 February, with a short service of refection in
church at 7 pm. There are Lent Home Groups and lunches in aid of
Christian Aid (working for the poorest in our world) arranged by the
Association of Romsey Churches.
We hold a Quiet day on Saturday 6 March at Broadchalke near Salisbury
(more details from Terry Hinks). We will be launching our Pilots
(children’s group) charity on 7 March and people are being encouraged to
set aside 30p a day during Lent to help with this.
